Pressed blocks are formed through a combination of the actions of a mechanized block press and natural binders to result in blocks that are hard enough to stand up to the weather, but soft enough for livestock to readily consume them.

STOCKADE^® poured blocks are formed by a chemical process where the blocks start as a liquid and then through an exothermic process harden to their final form. STOCKADE^® poured blocks are able to stand up to even the harshest weather conditions and still draw cattle for continuous intake.

STOCKADE^® low moisture blocks are made by removing all of the moisture from molasses, much like the process used to make candy. Then other ingredients, minerals and vitamins are added to form a highly palatable block with superior intake control.

This unique block form combines the controlled intake of a low-moisture block with the higher nutrient delivery of a compressed block.
